My God is good!

My God is so incredibly good to me. I'm so grateful for his provision and grace.

I'm constantly amazed by the thing stat I learn about God from my children. It's really quite amazing. At the end of the day, when all I've heard from my kids is wanting and whining and arguing, I look at them and reflect on the day and am still overwhelmed by how much I love them. How much more so my heavenly Father loves me, despite my faults and imperfections and sometimes selfishness.

I'm also delving into God's plan for me to disciple my children and am really surprised and happy to know that physical discipline is NOT a part of God's plan! When referring to the original Hebrew, you'll find that God is not commanding us to spank our children.
