Smaller sizes, here I come!

I am so excited! I have gotten the opportunity to go to boot camp at Go Time Fitness starting next week. A girl I went to high school with owns it. I cannot wait to get my butt kicked back into shape! I can't fail this time - I just have to do it.

I'm getting very sleepy...

This week already seems long, and it's only Wednesday. I'm not feeling well, and neither are the kids. I think it's some kind of upper respiratory thing. I'm gonna give it another day or two to see if it goes away on its own.

Monday was Bella's field trip to the pumpkin patch. We had a blast. I'm so incredibly grateful that I get to do things like that with her now! Here are a few pictures from the day.

My pumpkins with a pumpkin

Yesterday was another crazy day, so I'm looking forward to today being a little more relaxed. I've got things to do around the house, but no appointments or errands to run. Yay for that!

Rain, rain, go away!

Well, no field trip to the pumpkin patch today because of the rain. It's been rescheduled for next Monday.

I got the kids approved for SoonerCare this morning, and Brian and I are approved for Insure Oklahoma. Praise God!!

I'm still alive...

I am so incredibly terrible at this. I think that's how I started my last post as well.

Lots of exciting things happening in our lives. I have been blessed with the opportunity to become a stay-at-home mom. Today was the first day in my adult life that I have not been employed by American Airlines. Literally. I started there at 19, and 11 1/2 years later, here I stand on the other side of life at AA. Wow. It was hard to walk out the door, but I'm so happy that we've made this change.

I enjoyed my first day at home. Drop kids off at school, a trip to the grocery store, laundry and house work, playing with Alex, cooking dinner, cleaning the kitchen and now enjoying my family. Those are the days that make me tick.

Tomorrow is Bella's field trip to the pumpkin patch. I'm so incredibly excited to get to go with her! Then Wednesday-Friday are fall break. And next Friday is her fall party at school. This will be her first school party (including preschool) that I've been able to go to. Needless to say, I'm beside myself.

Tomorrow after the pumpkin patch, it's dance lessons for Bella and my 12-step group for me. I'll try to remember to get some pictures at the pumpkin patch.
